I contacted two or three safari operators to begin with, from a position of ignorance, and the one that immediately impressed me was Traipsing Africa, and I looked no further. Sandra responded within minutes and took a great deal of trouble in finding out what we were looking for and guiding us through the process. We discussed the options for our stay on a reserve and she recommended one in the Eastern Cape which turned out to be a huge success. We spoke often on the phone whilst preparing our itinerary, and she answered all our questions and allayed any worries we had with clear information, good advice and endless charm.

We really enjoyed Mabula Game Lodge and the safaris were very good. Our driver, TK, who took us to the Lodge and back again to the airport was on time and very good company. Excellent service from Sandra. Within less than an hour I had several options to choose from and I was provided with all the details, costs and recommendations.
